I had an absolutely fantastic experience! I’m very satisfied with the service, and the staff were amazing from start to finish. JR was incredible! I definitely want JR every time! My husband saw Rachel, and she did an amazing job as well. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this place!

JR has been the best massage therapist I found in Austin! I have been going for prenatal massages and I am so glad I found JR. My husband and I used to get couples massages but we both like using JR so we schedule separately now.

I was really looking forward to this couple’s massage with my husband we were both so excited. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing massage experiences we’ve ever had. My husband added the hot stone upgrade, and they used one single stone on his back — not multiple stones like every other hot stone massage we’ve had. On top of that, the stone wasn’t even hot. It felt rushed and incomplete. As for my massage, I clearly asked for light to medium pressure. The therapist kept using very hard pressure even after I asked for her to go lighter. She’d lighten up briefly, then go right back to being rough. I didn’t receive any massage on my lower back or feet, which is usually standard in a full-body massage. Words honestly can’t capture the gift that Jr has as a massage therapist. If you’re looking for more than just a relaxing massage, he is the one you want. He pours his heart and soul into every session—never sitting down or just going through the motions. He’s fully engaged, using his entire body and both hands to stretch and work on different areas at the same time. He also has the strength and skill to go as deep as your body needs, which is so rare to find. Whether it’s lymphatic massage, trauma release, or just tackling stubborn knots, he is incredibly intuitive and always seems to know exactly what your body needs. I really wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately it just didn’t happen. The front desk gave me some confusing and incorrect information, which made the whole process frustrating from the start. Communication with the therapist wasn’t great either — I didn’t feel listened to, and the massage I received was nothing like what I had asked for. I paid for services I didn’t fully receive, and Online it states free aroma of your choice and over the phone I was told free elevation, hot stone balm etc of my choice & it didn’t happen I l left feeling disappointed rather than relaxed. Definitely not what I expected.
