Michelle does an excellent job on trigger point massage. I had a severe area that she was able to help both on my left shoulder blade area and my left lower back. Very nice atmosphere with pleasant music. Appointment ran on time so not sure the complaints on that from others.

Absolutely Do NOT recommend — scammed I prepaid for 5 massage sessions but only received 3. Since July 2025, my appointments were repeatedly rescheduled with vague excuses. I even asked Michelle to suggest times that worked for her so I could be flexible, but she stopped responding entirely. I’ve technically lost $200. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I strongly advise against using Michelle's service. The communication was not only poor but blatantly unprofessional. The massage was extremely disappointing — the technique was ineffective, and the pressure applied to injured or stiff areas was barely noticeable. Repeated requests for adjustment were ignored, showing a complete lack of care or competence. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and a total waste of both time and money. Would have given zero or negative rating if system allowed.

Booked a 1pm with Michelle. Told her I’d be driving in from 90 minutes away. She asked that I confirm the morning of, to hold the spot. I confirmed around 9am that I’d see her at 1pm. She replied with a “thumbs up”. I left at 11:30am for a 1pm appointment. She texted me at 12:29 asking me if I could move the appointment to 2:20pm. I didn’t get the text because I was driving and following my GPS. At 12:31 she texted again and told me I needed to reschedule. I pulled up at 1pm and checked my texts to see her suite number. I saw that she had texted me and tried to reschedule me. When I texted her and told her I was out front, she suggested I go eat and come back at 2:20pm. I was obviously upset and she proceeds to tell me it was my fault for not answering her text from 12:29pm. Unprof

Went for a 90 minute massage a couple weeks ago. Left Shoulder, majnky the traps was sore and needed much work and attention, neck was tense from stress and everyday workday activities, and was recovering from a sprained ankle. Michelle made everything feel 10 times better and my ankle looked much better and normal afterwards. Best 90 minute massage i have had in a long time. Well worth your time and money, and you get your whole 90 minutes unrushed. Plan on visiting again very soon.
