Over the past year, I have had to visit urgent care several times, and Dr. Hegg and Dr. Harding have consistently delivered an extraordinary level of care. Every visit felt thoughtful, unhurried, and genuinely patient-centered. They listen carefully, ask the right questions, and explain next steps clearly, which creates an immediate sense of trust and reassurance. What truly sets them apart is their judgment and attentiveness. They never rush, never dismiss concerns, and always treat you like a person rather than a chart. Because of the quality of care they provide, I willingly drive a considerable distance out of my way to be seen by them. That alone says a great deal. Called at 3:25 to confirm I could get an EKG and didn’t need an appt., the woman I spoke to as long as I got to the clinic and they were still accepting patients, I could get the EKG. I arrived, they were still accepting patient's, I took a ticket, my number was called, I checked in with my info. when I was called back and then was told they only do EKG’s for pediatric patients. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON WHAT SERVICES YOU OFFER. Of course no one in the office would admit that it was them who had the phone conversation with me, zero accountability. The supervisor was rude, asking me why I came to Chelsea instead of going to Charlestown where my PCP is located. Why? Girl at radiology department checkin very rude. I went for cat scan did not know it was at the other building a block away . She was telling me it's out front building I have breathing issues was block away . She was rude not helpful . Terrible I came back and actually told her remember me I was here for cat scan well that building is not out front a block away . stupid people

The lab and radiology are great- short wait times, lovely staff, quick and painless! The admin and medical staff at Urgent Care were also great. There can be long wait times here, but the medical staff is thorough and kind.

Doctors and nurses there are always kind and respectful.
