Mass General Brigham Urgent Care (Woburn)

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, was able to get prescriptions filled and a referral for a follow up appointment elsewhere. Not sure why the reviews are so mixed, but this has been one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had

Terribly disorganized and dysfunctional. Doesn’t know what insurances it takes to inform people when asked. Staff is no where to be seen for long periods of time. I have send anyone who works her for over an hour. Just left a room full of people with nothing. Has the stupidest appointment system only allows for 6 per booked appointments a day. 5 ppl ended up leaving. Then we left after 2hrs of no updates.

I had a really good experience at this Urgent Care. The NP that I met with was patient and thorough. He answered all of my questions and correctly diagnosed me. I felt much better when I left. For those complaining about the high costs of treatment, that has nothing to do with the Urgent Care and everything to do with your own insurance package. You should follow up with insurance instead. I had a $25 co-pay and my insurance covered the rest.

Urgent care facilities are popping up everywhere and they are great. You don't need to go to the ER which can take forever at times. Every time I have been to one it has been a pleasant experience. I just need to find out if you can make one your primary care. Or if you can use an Urgent care and get someone there to OK a specialist. If anyone knows please pass on the information.

Place looks nice, but they’re gonna give you a below average customer/patient service experience, perform tests on your samples you didn’t ask or consent to, THEN charge you 4x the average cost for those services. Came here for a standard infection and then got a bill for $1200 (AFTER INSURANCE) a few months later that I can’t contest because I “received the labs”. Not sure how peeing in a cup costs $700 or what the other 9 labs they performed were that all cost between $100-$400. Save yourself the money and headache and drive 5 minutes to another urgent care PLEASE.
