Between not being able to see my PCP for a month and him forgetting his patients names, I feel I need to either find a new PCP or a new doctors office entirely. I cannot understand how you people can feel good about this. I cannot wrap my head around why you people operate so poorly. 28 years with you guys and it's NEVER been this bad. Disgraceful. Even when Allen Baustin would touch my thigh inappropriately every visit, even when Dr. Tania Menz was wearing a shirt with her belly sticking out while examining my infected surgery wound, and Dr. Sahd handling my cancer diagnosis poorly I stuck with you guys. Not anymore.

I drove 2 hours to my appt only to find out that they canceled it, but never called me. Instead the lady (who was nice) at the front desk said they left me a portal message and rescheduled me for a new date that I didn'teven agree to. I wouldn't care if this was the first time they did this, but they've done it in the past.

Completely incompetent and unable to fulfill their own duties. They are unable to complete basic tasks such as faxing information or signing paperwork. By far the most incompetent office I have ever been to. Not to mention the relentless HIPAA violations within the admissions department. This office should be investigated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. I wouldn’t even send a 90-year-old patient with dementia here absolutely useless. Using Google as a doctor would be far more efficient and effective than this horrendous excuse for a doctor’s office.

I’ve had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with this doctor’s office. It’s been over four weeks since my initial appointment where a prescription was written, and I still have not been able to pick it up. I’ve followed up multiple times, speaking to at least five or six different staff members, and each time I’ve been given inconsistent information or empty promises that the issue would be resolved. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s irresponsible. Prescriptions are not optional; they are a critical part of patient care. The office staff’s repeated failure to follow through has made it clear that my health and time are not being taken seriously. Due to this ongoing negligence, I have made the decision to cease all care with this facility. I strongly urge anyone considering
