Honestly, the bad reviews of this place don’t lie. I was automatically referred to Dr. Lozano through my insurance. I saw the 1–2 star reviews but thought I’d give it a try since she’s in-network. Unfortunately, my experience has confirmed the concerns. The front desk staff seem constantly disorganized — they tell you one thing and then forget it by the time your appointment arrives. Dr. Lozano appears to take on too many clients for her staff to manage effectively. During my three appointments, I witnessed two other clients upset due to scheduling errors or miscommunication, and at one point, Dr. Lozano left early while a patient was expecting to meet with her. I saw this woman because I had to (prior to major surgery) as my lungs were not clear. I don't know what these kids expect from a doctor but she pulled a rabbit out of her hat for me after three other Dr.s weren't able to help me. Thanks to Dr Lozano after a regime of antibiotics and prednisone my lungs were clear enough to have surgery and thereafter they were even clear enough for me to continue to have eye surgeries. Beautiful setting in terms of background. The waiting room was spacious, clean, and there was no waiting what so ever. Dr Lozano had a warm & inviting bedside manner and answered every question I had. She felt more like a favorite Aunt rather than an unknown doctor. Dr Lozano is taking on more than she can handle. I had to wait for approximately 1 hour to see her after my scheduled appointment. She came in in a hurry as I was trying to explain why I was there. She hadn’t checked me when she requested an X-ray and sent me to also get lab work. She prescribed a cough medicine with codeine which interacted with my Psychiatric Medication. I never received my results and couldn’t log in to the portal. I called and I was supposedly put on hold but I overheard conversations where they were speaking Spanish and complaining about the patients. So far it’s been a very bad experience. It’s so hard to get doctors to care about their patients and more on the amount of money that can be made. So unfortunate!!

I wish I could put half of the star because this dr doesn’t even deserve a full star, she really messed up my grandmas health, by just saying “it’s because of your age” she’s going through a lot of pain from a UTI to severe sciatica pain, thanks to this my grandma has lost so much mobility because of her medical negligence for the past YEARS and this past year because of basically my grandma being old her health went worse. Just because you are aging it doesn’t mean you don’t deserve or to be minimized for having good life quality.
