I was seeing another physician before her. And he had me on the wrong bp meds. I’m glad I saw Dr. Flores. She’s so patient and carrying I explained to her my concerns and health issues and she is helping me find a solution. She cares about her patients.

My wife set an appointment on June 11 for mid-October, after waiting several months she called on Oct 8 because nobody from the office had called her for a reminder, when she called they told her that she had canceled the appointment the same day on June 11, then I called to complain that that was not true, then called again and they said that she canceled the appointment on June 19, It is very disappointing to be waiting for such long time to hear of these mysterious cancellations, something weird is happening in this office, they wanted to reschedule the appointment again until February of the next year, terrible service and experience.
