Maria Medical Center

Maria Medical Center is one of the most unprofessional and negligent medical offices I have ever dealt with. My wife is undergoing IVF—care that is time-sensitive and medically critical. Despite this, Maria Medical Center repeatedly failed to submit a required referral to Tricare. What makes this even worse is that they were literally handed the referral paperwork. The referral was printed out for them with all required information already provided. There were no missing details. No excuses. Still, nothing was done. Instead, staff repeatedly claimed the referral had been submitted when it had not. We only discovered the truth after my wife placed Tricare on a three-way call, where it became obvious the office had been lying the entire time. At one point, staff even claimed they could “ju

This morning I witnessed an elderly Jamaican woman run across a parking lot absolutely LOOSING it on a younger woman. t was pouring down rain and even with my windows up I could hear this woman screaming... looking rather violently and running towards this individual. I am not sure how it ended but I hope the police were notified and that the poor younger woman is ok after such a violent and aggressive attack. Someone really needs to do something about this woman. That was not something anyone should see let alone witness. Hope everyone is ok on this raining Monday morning....God Bless that young woman!

The exact same thing happened to me! I was in the area and my GPS took me to that building. I didn’t want to be late for my appointment… she chased me around the parking lot screaming at me and continued to come at me screaming.. I was scared so I went inside the office where she continued to scream and cause a scene.. it was pouring down rain and she chased me and followed me INTO the office where I was trying to seek help as I was afraid she would attack.. she was Jamaican with a heavy accent and would not leave me alone. This was was very very scary as she was screaming and coming at me.

I was in the area for an appointment at a different place yesterday but we couldn’t find the place I was looking for. We saw this place and saw an employee outside so we stopped to ask her for help. She was very rude and dismissive. We were trying to pull out of the parking lot so we had to pull up in a spot next to the grass. This woman proceeds to get loud and tell us not to pull up on the grass and that we can’t do that. I told her we are just trying to back up and she then keeps yelling and telling me to not to go over the grass. Even though I had already assured her that we weren’t. I just thought it was very aggressive and uncalled for. I didn’t catch her name but she had a very thick accent. I think Jamaican but I’m not sure. Employees need to do better. TV in lobby is so loud, patients and lady at window have to almost scream in order to hear each other, most patients are elderly - they should take that into consideration and turn the TV Volume down. I have been sitting here for 2 hours just for doctor to read blood results. They said they have no rooms in back. But 3 patients have left since I been sitting here.
