Marchese Sports Therapy

After ‘graduating’ physical therapy, I could not figure out how to play tennis without pain. I had seen a specialist, gotten an MRI, had a cortisone shot, been doing accupuncture and strength training. Then I found John Marchese who figured out the root problem and re-wired how my brain connected to my feet. Now I am back to playing 4 times/week! I wish I had known of him sooner!

Dr Kyle Truscott is an amazing healer! Super friendly & incredibly intelligent! Everyone that I've met so far, Dr Marchese included, truly care about their patients and their well-being. My experience with Dr. Márchese was excellent. The reason why I gave a two star review was because I had to wait three weeks to get evaluated by him. Later I tried to make an appointment and he had no appointments available until after three weeks. They recommended for me to call every day for any cancelations. However, still nothing available. I had to go and find myself another doctor and start all over again.

I have tried to address this privately but I have reached out at least 3 times with no resolution. There is clearly a disconnect between this office and their billing office. I stopped going to this office in January and paid my remaining balance. I have now received several bills in the mail asking me to pay the bill I already paid including threats to go to collection. Each time I received a bill, I reached out to the office and I was assured that this was taken care of every time. I sincerely hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with my treatment and always leave feeling better than when I came in. Dr. Marchese is a true professional and cares about his patients!
