The doctor and nursing staff amazing. However all the issues happened during the 4 months they "processed claims". Made us pay what our out of pocket might be. And for those of you who dont understand insurance, whatever the insurance decided to pay, you will get reimbursed. Sons surgery, August. End of October "still waiting on payment". Middle of Noevmber "received payment now sending to secondary insurance" . I went rounds with office staff about payments and insurances. No one knew what was happening. Caught several staff members lying and making up whats happening. If you dont understand insurance or are not proactive staying on top of this office, you can kiss the money you put down good bye because this office is not going to voluntarily give you the money you deserve back.

Dr. Rosenthal is a great oral surgeon. I am a big baby and become very anxious when it comes to dental work and he put me at ease. And the entire staff was so helpful before, during and after my dental surgery. I highly recommend this dental office.

In September of 2024 my daughter was in an accident. The car accident caused my daughter to lose her two front teeth. This was a very traumatic experience. My husband called to make her an appointment with Dr. Rosenthal, when they heard what had happened they got us in the very next day. We received the most attentive care from the staff here. The concern and compassion we received was so comforting. They were very thorough in determining the injuries and what needed to be done. We were instructed and assisted with pain management, this was all such a relief. My daughter is still in the process of treatment and it will be another year until she is fully done. We are thankful for Dr. Rosenthal and his amazing staff. We highly recommend them.

Last week I went in for oral surgery to have 2 teeth distracted. Upon arrival I was super nervous. My anxiety goes from 0 to 100 when it comes to dentists because of past experiences that were horrible. How ever the front desk talked to me ensured me I was going to be okay and left me know my fiancé could come to the back til I was ready to go to sleep which made it 50x easier for me. As I get to the back with the nurses they made sure it was laughter and jokes the entire time. I’m sitting there still nervous haven’t met the doctor yet well he came in I explained I was nervous he insured me that it was going to be okay. I had some extra bleeding after the procedure after coming home. I called and the staff got me back in there to try and help maintain the bleeding so I give these guys 10 s

After years of trying to find the right surgeon I found Marc’s office. As someone who deals with a lot of anxiety and other mental health issues I feel as once they were made aware of my diagnosis they really took it into consideration. I got my whole top row removed and my wisdoms on each side plus the teeth that were stopping my wisdoms from coming in almost a month ago. So there was a lot of anxiety being in my 20’s going through all this. They helped me with my anxiety before hand. I was so comfortable I don’t even remember them putting me to sleep. I had no complaints as far has how I was treated. Marc was in and out in less time than we originally expected!! with no issues at all. My recovery was better than I expected.
