Customer Reviews
Management is RUDE! No customer service skills or accountability with losing insurance information. Called to verify an appointment time and she said insurance wasn't on file and we would need to pay out of pocket. I had provided everything the week prior. Basically it was my problem and they just "don't have it on file". This was the Hy Meadow location.
Amsili was my only dentist since I arrived in Austin. On my last trip, when I questioned some charges the office manager replied "I can't explain it, if you don't like it you can find another dentist" I followed the office managers advice.
Love The Doctors and team I Will definitely be back And refer my friends!!!
