Trust Aneke. I had a life transforming home birth (after previous C section) guided by her. She is excellent at risk management. Impecably respectful to the woman's body and mind, as well as the family unit as a whole. And the after birth care is a dream. Aneke is multi generational knowledge of delivering babies, meets German precision, meets Mexican sunshine. I know she lives far, but the drive to her is worth it. Having 2 babies in Puget Sound in the last 3 years and changing through 4-5 medical practices I haven't met anyone better at what they do than Aneke. Aneke is an incredibly skilled and compassionate doula with over two decades of experience. She brings a calm, grounding presence to every interaction. Her intuition, empathy, and ability to adapt with grace make her truly stand out. Aneke communicates clearly and supports everyone involved with warmth and care. Any family would be lucky to have Aneke by their side during such an important time. Can’t recommend her enough.

I searched for a midwife for a while as this was a big decision in regard to who would be there for the home birth of our daughter. As soon as we met with Aneke we knew she was perfect, not only because she was remarkably knowledgeable but also because she has a deep care for people. She was attentive, thoughtful and extremely helpful all throughout my pregnancy, labor and delivery and postpartum. We couldn’t thank her enough. Both my husband and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!!

Aneke is such a skilled midwife. We worked with her from 4weeks of pregnancy through to post partum. She’s very easy to talk with and both my husband and I really enjoyed working with her. She truly wants the best outcome for mother and baby and will always put us first. We had a few road bumps, like our baby going breech at 38 weeks and she set up and stayed the whole time at the hospital while they did a successful ECV to flip her back around. Then at the end of my pregnancy when I was in early labor for nearly 2 days and I wasn’t progressing we needed to transfer care to the hospital and she called and set it up and came along with us. Aneke is an incredibly talented, experienced, intuitive and Rockstar midwife. She has worked for more than 20 years internationally (certified in Germany, trained in Mexico with indigenous practices). I flew from NYC to give birth with her and her team as she was the best possible care I could receive for my first child. She offers prenatal care, couples guidance, midwifery services, postnatal care, and Mayan abdominal wrapping. I cannot recommend her enough.
