Would give negative stars if I could! Family was in short term skilled nursing care side. I would not recommend this facility based on my experience. The response times for basic care were extremely slow (over an hour for a call light), (7 minutes when told verbally that the patient was experiencing shortness of breath), even when assistance was clearly needed. Residents should not have to wait unreasonable amounts of time for help. I was also very concerned about medication management. There were instances where medications appeared to be withheld or delayed without clear explanation. Proper medication administration is a critical part of care in a nursing facility, and these situations raised serious concerns. My Mom is in the assisted living area at Majestic Care Fairfield, OH and I’m very happy with Majestic care. She feels safe and at home. I do check on her often to be sure things are going well, as should anyone with a parent in care of others. I recommend Majestic care and am disheartened to see the reviews aren’t very good. Accidents happen in every extended care facility, not just here. They deserve a better rating. Lia in Assisted living is amazing and goes above and beyond for any big or small question! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not put your loved one here! Our aunt was in memory care, and she'd often still be in her PJs at noon. They do not have the staffing here that your loved one needs. Very sad place to exist.

In November of 2023, we had to make the very hard decision of putting my dad into a facility. With all the research my sister and I did, it seemed that Majestic Care of Fairfield was our best fit. When visiting the facility, I could tell Lia, the General Office Manager was going to be awesome to work with. With that being said, she always makes herself available no matter what time of the day and or night. When she see residents walking in the hallway she ALWAYS acknowledges them and even calls them by name. She will do the same with my dad and give him a hug, which is AWESOME! Please look elsewhere for your loved ones! I moved my grandma over to the long term memory unit from the assisted living side and the difference was night and day. I had a camera in her room and had multiple issues with staff moving and covering up the camera. I reported it to management on 3/19/24 and they allowed the same staff members to care for my grandma that same evening. My grandma was left alone from 5:03 pm to 7:48 pm in her recliner with her meal tray. A walker or wheelchair was not left within her reach and she ended up falling at 6:33 pm and hitting her head on the tile. She laid on the cold floor until 7:48 pm. My grandma was admitted to the hospital and passed away on 4/8/24. Please believe me when I say you are putting your loved ones at risk if you place them in the long t
