I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. You can tell right away that they are knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. Dr. Sanders was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every step of my treatment. His genuine care and attention made me feel confident and at ease. A special shout-out to our amazing Dental Assistant , Taye. She was meticulous, patient, and walked us through everything with such comfort and clarity. Her kindness made the whole visit so much easier. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality care and a team that truly goes above and beyond!

Absolutely amazing staff, flexible pay schedule as long as you keep in contact!! They are informative and considerate and patient! This is the most amazing crew of people I have ever had the blessing of having my child in their care! Every question was fully explained and every call was answered with care instead of dismissal! Whatever ortho needs you have be it braces or whatever, this place is amazing! 10/10!

Definitely would recommend Main St. Orthodontist to friends and family. Staff were very helpful and nice from the moment we walked in until we left! Front lobby has coffee for parents and video games for kids. Exam rooms are spacious and clean.

Medical folks - awesome! They explain everything and are great with kids and teens. Office staff is absolutely horrible. I'm talking its so bad that if they didn't already have all this hardware on my kids teeth, we'd go somewhere else. They never answer the phone - but don't leave a voicemail, because that's a trap. They absolutely do not return calls. Even if you leave multiple voicemails. Not even sure why they have voicemail. And when you call them out on it, just excuses but no effort to change the situation. Been dealing with it for over a year now.

Went there for a consultation; front desk attended me well and dental assistant were very friendly. Jennifer was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained things very thoroughly in an easy manner.
