It was pretty frustrating, because they had to order the prescription so they said it would be there the next day, but I live 90 miles away, sooo, yeah. When I showed up the next day it hadn't came in on the truck. Luckily, Belton had a similar prescription, but it was covered by my insurance like the original. A half a tank of gas and 46 dollars later, I had what I needed. Just fristrating.

One of the only pharmacies left that still let you call in. Can’t do refills for my specific med through automated systems other pharmacies force you to deal with. They can also transfer controlled prescriptions to other BSW pharmacies in case of supply issues. The pharmacies are the only good thing about BSW.

Its hit or miss who your dealing with. Some people that work there are always happy to help anyone and others dont like to be inconvienced. I just called about my prescription and the first lady that answered put me on hold for 15 min and never came back to the phone. So I called back and this other lady answered and was happy to help me. It always sucks when you run across someone that will do everything but help you with what you need at any business. These people should be fired so they learn the for there next job that behavior is unacceptable.

I lost my wallet two days prior to going here. All I had was my wife’s HSA card to get an antibiotic for my kid that had strep. The card was $0.76 short. I had three quarters. They would not spot me a penny. I know it’s a business but jeez. BSW is the worst.
