Integrity Urgent Care - Belton

We had a great experience here when I brought my daughter in this week. The staff was incredibly fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. My daughter was very anxious, but they made her feel comfortable and at ease, which meant so much to us. It’s also super convenient that this location is close to our home and right near our pharmacy. We’re very grateful for such wonderful care and would absolutely recommend them.

We have had the best experiences with Integrity. Everyone is so nice and caring. They have helped all of my family at some point and taken such good care of us. It’s become so hard to see your primary doctor these days and the staff at Integrity treat you as if they are your primary. Thank you to all the staff there!

From the time I walked in and thru my entire visit I found Integrity Urgent Care to be a very friendly, professional facility. The receptionist, the nurse and the PA I saw were kind and caring. I was diagnosed quickly, prescriptions were sent and I was on my way in less than hour. Highly recommend!!

I was in/out in about an hour for some poison ivy treatment. Nice medical staff. Clean lobby. My “go-to” urgent care for minor issues because they’re close to me and they accept VA/Tricare. Not a fan of the manual entry paperwork that I have to fill out each visit. You’d think it would be all digital by now. Maybe in the future?

I am confused as to what the front desk personnel are there for if when you enter you are to check yourself in. I was told to scan a QR code which prompted me to put in all my personal information, all my insurance information, take a picture of my drivers license (front and back) etc. Once done with that I was to physically fill out a form and then bring my insurance information up to the front. All while the female working the front desk was on a personal phone call. Due to said process those who aren’t good with technology (such as the elderly) aren’t seen in the order in which they arrive, rather the order in which they compete this task. Once inside the room the nurse seemed bothered to be working. It could just be their personality, but if that’s the case, it doesn’t make for a war
