H-E-B Pharmacy

Terrible pharmacy. My doctor called and couldn’t get through to the pharmacist, so he left a message for my medication. They couldn’t find it when I came in to pick it up. I called my doctor and he called it in again. The assistant said she would watch out for it, but when I went back to tell her he had called again, she just said the pharmacist would eventually listen to the message. I just left.

They are always so nice, but sometimes the wait can get out of hand. They currently only have one lane open in the drive thru so it took me 30min waiting two separate times. I know they are working hard but the second lane needs to be fixed.

I scheduled a vaccine appointment online for 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday. When I arrived for my appointment, one of the pharmacy cashiers informed me that they don't usually take vaccine appointments after 5 p.m. and began checking to see if they could still fit me in despite being busy with several other customers. Just as I was starting to say that I could come back another time, the pharmacist overheard the conversation, and he quickly said with a welcoming smile that if I could just fill out a form really quick, that they could fit me in for my vaccine with no problem. He was very friendly and professional. I was able to quickly get my vaccine, and I was provided with great vaccine information. The pharmacist there is a wonderful asset to the Belton HEB pharmacy.

I like the pharmacy but don't try and go through the drive through!!!!!! It takes at least 30-45 minutes every time I come to this place and that's only a few cars in line. Straight up ridiculous.............
