Don't get me wrong, the doctors are amazing. They have done everything humanly imaginable for child when he fractured both his elbow and foot. His reception staff however leaves a lot to be desired. BARBARA and LORI, specifically. They are rude both over the telephone and in person, and do nothing to help you whatsoever. It's nothing but snide remarks and rude behavior. This is what they have as the first person (people) of contact within their office. Honestly I don't know if they're either tired of their job, or they just need to retire because theyre not welcoming, theyre crotchety. Get better reception and the place would receive a 4 or 5 out of 5. Enough said.

Barbara was one of the nastiest receptionist ivI' ever talked to . She doedtdo deserve to have a job a doctors office. I'm pretty sure she's the reason my PAYMENT went missing.
