Root Canal infection went to the jaw and into the soft tissue. ER, Urgent Care and primary physician finally got it under control. Severe pain and loss of tongue sensation. Richardson would not return calls for assistance or to change antibiotics or response to the other drs request for collaboration to receive best care since Dr Richardson was the dentist who administered the root canal. Talked to front desk, VM, etc and still no response. Two weeks later the infection was controlled took 4 weeks of antibiotics; for the soreness in the tissue to go away and the tongue to feel normal. My daughter refuses to go back. Very sad.

The staff was very professional and courteous from the moment I arrived until until I checked out for my next appointment . My Dental Technician was very friendly and helpful ! I’v been going to Dentist for over 60 Years with 31 of those with the Military and US Government and she gave me information that was very helpful that no other Tec. had advised me to do considering I was just at The Va Dental Clinic less than 7 months ago and have to see them every 6 months or as needed . I saw a lot of unpleasant reviews, which I didn’t understand because I was a pt. Here years ago and didn’t have any issues. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my kids for yesterday (so I thought). When I got to the facility I found out I scheduled in Aberdeen and not the Columbus facility. But the receptionist was so polite about it and reached out to the other facility for me and got me scheduled there for the same day, so I wouldn’t have to reschedule for a later date. I was supposed to have an extraction so my kids went first, once they were done the receptionist kept an eye on them for me so I could get seen next. I overall had a great experience and so did my kiddos. I couldn’t get the extraction done so I was referred to Griffin. Other than that everything went well.

Very good patient care and informative on treatment plan with options and costs. Takes care of filing insurance claims. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

They were so good with my son! They were so kind and got him referred to a dentist who can get all the work done he needs at one time and were very thankful.
