Madison Health & Rehabilitation Center

I love the attention the Admin give to the staff who in turn pas it on to the residents. They spare no cost in celebrating holidays and occasions I have never heard of. I am happy we chose this facility for mom in this season of her life.

First let me say that at this point, I would not recommend this facility to anyone or their friends or family members. I wanted to wait a few weeks after we left before I did this review so that it wouldn't be done out of emotionalism but it would be fair and well thought-out. My husband was there in October 2025 and there were several issues which will be listed below. 1. We were persuaded to come there under false pretenses by the admissions coordinator who did not give us all the information about our transfer. He did not tell us we could only be there 20 days and he also lied and said I could stay in the room with my husband (i could not). I had to get a hotel. 2. The first day of arrival we were told by a nurse that my husband was in the wrong facility if he needs attention because

Love going into Madison Health and Rehabilitation! Staff is always friendly and always willing to help with anything. Residents seems to be so happy there. Very clean building

Friend was there for several weeks. I visited 7 - 10 days over a 5 week period. I live near Atlanta. It was a nice small place. Staff seemed very nice and competent. Room cleaning could be a little more often.

I was a visitor.. very clean and very friendly staff.. happy my friend is being cared for at Madison Rehab.
