Madison Dental Associates

My family and I have been a part of this office for about 10 yrs now. They have just gone down hill over the years. I tried calling all week to reschedule my appointment and no one answers the phone. In the past I have left voice mails and no one returns the calls. After trying to reschedule my appointment this week I finally got a phone call and was advised that because it was within 24 hours of the appointment I would be dismissed from the practice. 1 appointment in about 2 yrs mind you, with attemps to contact the office. The lady said they only have 1 person answering phones. This is not good business practice. My kids have gone to this office since they were little and now we will be searching for a dental office that is better with their clients. Typically we sit there for 30+ minute

I took my six children there every six months for cleanings...they are grown now. I had two foster babies who had rotted teeth and Dr. Rogers did a fantastic job pulling all of their front teeth, they are mid teens now. I went a couple weeks ago and had a filling. It took him a few minutes and it was done. The staff was nice, office is clean.

I absolutely love Madison Dental Associates. I had a chipped jaw tooth that was causing me pain. I didn't have an appointment so I did a walk in. Within about 30 minutes I was in the dentist chair and Dr Rogers was taking care of my tooth issue. Between his humor and caring personality, and his awesome staff, I always feel comfortable and know I'm in good hands. I have been using Madison Dental Associates forever and trust them .

I have a son who has Autism and was afraid of drills the doctor joked and played with him he actually got fillins done in so excited going back for a couple more .. the staff here did what others couldn't so far so Good..highly recommend

It has taken me awhile to be able to put into words what this place has done to my 3 yr old. This office has absolutely wrecked my toddlers teeth, caused him immense pain & left him traumatized. It was a horrific experience & we are still dealing with the aftermath. We are heartbroken over what he has endured at the hands of the Dentist there & the condition he is in. Madison Dental Associates was not transparent about how incredibly horrible this entire experience would be. They did not lay out honest & transparent options as to what we could/should do for the best course of treatment for our child’s physical & mental wellbeing. We ended up ultimately taking him to a dental office in Tallahassee, who does in office sedation for future work, but the irreversible damage has already been don
