Poor communication. I made an appointment one month prior and everything seemed okay. Come the day of the appointment, they changed what they accept for insurance, but did not notify me. Please notify your patients of any changes that may occur ahead of time so that they do not have to miss work or spend gas to travel to your office.
Had my first appt here yesterday, the staff from the front desk to the nurses were wonderful!!! You have an excellent staff, very kind and caring! Thank you!
