Mackoul Pediatrics

Dr. Mackoul has been the best doctor for my daughter. She is medically complex and he always sees her in a timely manner. You can tell he has tons of knowledge and experience with her condition which is CDH. Office staff is very nice as well. Highly recommend this office!

They must have changed management. Their best doctor recently left and they have gone down the drain since. No one ever answers the phone; they do the respond to cancellation requests for appointments in time, so they charge you anyway; and if you get upset with them for any reason they get defensive and argue instead of trying to understand or find a solution. Dr Mackoul is an ok doctor, but the rest of the staff make this place completely not worth going to.

**Update 2: they sent us letter the same week as my review dropping our kids immediately. Clearly they dont tolerate being called out and instead of working to improve or repair a previously good relationship, they'd rather not take any accountability and just cut you off. Given the history of care with my children and #of other professionals/referrals needed/provided by this location over 5+ years, I found it even more unprofessional and very telling as to how little they actually care about anyone they serve given their actions. Not one person or provider reached out to address the issues presented here on this review either. Wild. *Update:I do not wish to pursue this any further. I do hope and expect you guys will do better going forward.* We have had our kids going there for over 5

Been coming here since my daughter is 3 years old (she’s 17 now) Best Pediatricians office in town. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, can’t say enough about this place. Soon it will be my daughter’s last appointment Since she will be turning 18, we will miss this place and the staff so very much. Thank you everyone, for so many years of great service.

I’ve been taking all 3 of my kids to Dr. Mackoul’s Pediatric. I was referred to him by a friend, since my first child was 3 years old. He just had he’s 18 years old check up with them. Dr Mackoul is very caring. He always listen to my concerns, and takes time to explains everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!
