We thought it was a great choice because of it being Lehigh valley hospital affiliated. . we were wrong. Our baby was born 34 weeks and was having trouble eating sleep too much and not thriving. The Dr saw us one day and we came in again for the symptoms not improving .. we were not told what the Dr believed was wrong. Instead they called 911. For the baby to go by ambulance to cedar Crest almost 48 minutes drive from home one way. The ambulance would not bring the baby s dad with and when we got to the hospital I slowly learned over 6 hrs straight why this was happening. After not being told much and treated like an invincible mom. I was finally told that baby had rhino virus and COVID and then eventually more diagnosed frightening other illness sepsis. Her sugar and temptations were low

This place fear tactics you into appointments. They put us through one big emotional roller coaster. My daughter was born at 39 weeks, 100% healthy. She was just little weighing 6 lbs 5 ounces. We were told she needed to be followed closely to monitor her weight which we understood. After almost weekly weight checks, i had to cancel 1 appointment due to me being sick. A nurse blew our phones up saying that our daughter could possibly need a NG feeding tube and could be emitted to the hospital. No concern was ever brought up to us by her doctor at her appointments. Side note, our daughter showed weight gain at every appointment, never lost weight. I immediately brought her to a different pediatrician for a second opinion. This place is awful. Some of the doctors there are great but the overall service is terrible. We tried several times to get a sick appointment and they have us on the phone forever with 100 different questions ( shape, size, text us pictures, how long, what time) We want an appointment not a text a doctor! We are switching for sure!

Dr. Ashraf is amazing. We are very happy that he is our daughters pediatrician. As first time parents we have many questions and concerns and he takes the time to listen and answer all of them. I am extremely happy that our daughter is under his care! The nurses are also wonderful by the way. They are the ones dealing with all my late night messages through the app and frantic phone calls and they handle them all so kindly and are supportive and understanding. Thank you! -Nicole Williams

I went today for a routine appointment with my 4 year old daughter and was seen for the first time by Dr. Jocelyn Masotti. She was very kind and good with my girl, the way she treated and examined her was excellent. I hope he stays for a long time since in recent months there have been many changes in pediatricians.
