LVPG Family Medicine-Middle Smithfield

DO NOT GO HERE, BEWARE! I am sending this message about Dr. Alberts at LVPG Family Medicine in Middle Smithfield. I have been wondering what the $53 bill for my ANNUAL physical visit in October was for, and after speaking with the billing department and my insurance, it seems there is fraud going on. I called LVHN this morning after being notified from my insurance that this bill was because Dr. Alberts sent a bill in saying "we discussed further issues not classified with the appointment", which is false. LVHN, swore up and down, that this was due to a copay. Which mind you, I do not pay for annuals. Even my regular appointments are ONLY $30. I called my insurance company. They confirmed that Dr. Alberts sent them the bill, saying that there was a further discussion and a further appointm

Dr. Leah Arlequín is super nice and is always attentive to her patients. She makes you feel comfortable to speak with. My daughter opens up to her, which im grateful for because she's very shy. She's my daughters, my mother's and I doctor. The receptionist is also very kind and makes sure you're getting your appointments sorted out.

If you need a doctor that is compassionate this, were you should go. The entire staff was so welcoming and so kind. Doctor Leah Arlequin is a true professional and breath of fresh air. She is want a doctor should be empathy and compassion: active listener and has great communication skills. She able to put the patient, which is me, at the center of care which makes her a great doctor in my eyes. She considers my values, preferences, and lifestyle when developing treatment plans. With her as my doctor I know that we are creating a supportive and trusting doctor-patient relationship.

My appointments at this medical facility makes me comfortable to discuss any medical issues. My doctor is Dr. McKnight primary care physician . I love that I can talk to him on all matters of my changing medical health and he reviews all my diagnostics with my other LVHN doctors. Dr. McKnight always listen to me and not putting too much attentions to a computer. A few doctors that I had would do that I find that to be a disconnect. My first doctor was Ravikumari Gollapalli she was a great PCP but she moved to another State and so was my other PCP A. Costanzo but she moved on to work express care. I even recommended my neighbor and he is now under Dr. McKnight’s care. I’ll bring my entire family here if need be. Another thing to appreciate is the medical facility, it is clean in comparison

1st, it's a very clean and welcoming office. I believe the building is newly buit. I was scheduled for a 10:00 appointment running late and showed up at 11:20. Ask the receptionist if Dr. Arlequin would be able to see me. She asked the and the doctor happily welcomed me in. The room was bright and pleasant. The wait in the examining room wasn't long. The doctor listened to my concerns when through my chart asked a lot of questions, being that I'm a new patient. Also, I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed. I was very happy with the services received.
