Literally Life Changing! Ms. Julie Clifton is such a sweet soul, it felt like I knew her all my life. Contagious energy. Very knowledgeable, takes great care of her patients. I didn’t even realize how long the process took because we had such a great conversation. I felt heard and seen. Got a great deal on my new hearing aids and a lifelong friend! I’m so pleased with the service provided by Julie Clifton at the Lucid hearing center within Sam’s Club that I am compelled to write this review. During my latest hearing test, Ms. Clifton address several hearing issues, such as tinnitus, that other technicians never previously addressed. Ms. Clifton was extremely helpful in selecting new Lucid hearing aids that specifically addressed my hearing limitations. With my new aids I’m hearing better than I ever have and can only be thankful for Ms. Clifton expertise and personable disposition in addressing my hearing needs.
