My husband and I have had hearing aids from SAMS for many years now, and can speak from experience. The service and quality has been outstanding. The aids compare with those far more expensive, and Natalie has been a true lifesaver. She is always prompt to help us with any issues, and works to insure that everything we need is in place. We’ve recommended Lucid to many of our friends, and will continue to do so.

Sam's club Lucid hearing in Pensacola Florida are two awesome guys. They have helped several times with hearing aid, service and updating them a little or no charge. I highly recommend them for your hearing needs.

Rep Natalie is very knowledgeable and helpful, kind and very considerate. My experience, along with my daughter, was the best it could be, and I bought a pair of hearing aids. Natalie continues to graciously help me each week for a while.

So this wasn't my first choice.. but honestly it should have been. Lady Working was super nice and informative. She offered and recommended hearing aids for me vs one size fits all. Since I was getting my first pair I opted for lower end ones... Got tested,adjusted and paid.. Thank you..very much
