We initially attempted to switch to LTC Pharmacy but were not impressed with the process, they did not deliver what was promised, my managers were not impressed with the sales rep, and ultimately we decided to cancel the transfer. Things didn't feel right and when we canceled the transfer the sales rep proceeded to treat everyone poorly, blow up my phone, and didn't respect our decision. This whole experience was weeks ago, yet they are still trying to move our residents to their pharmacy even though we are not using them. We completely canceled the process a couple of days in and we are still dealing with the down fall from this decision. Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Guardian Pharmacy for always answering my questions and helping me whenever I call. I work for an AFC and have multiple medication needs for multiple individuals that we get to care for and the fact that Guardian Pharmacy delivers their medications and treatments is just FANTASTIC! We also love that they keep track of all of the orders and let us know when we need to have a new script written, so that those medications do not lapse. Our pharmacy rep Brian is always super friendly and helps out in any way that he can. If he does not know the answer, he will work hard to get the answer for me and gets back with me as soon as he possibly can. I have very high praise for LTC Pharmacy. LTC delivers my prescriptions, which is great because I am unable to drive to a pharmacy. Thank you so much for your superior service in all respects.
