When I first started as a patient at this office I was seeing Carrie. Absolutely loved her. Never had any issues with anything. Then she retires and I notice the staff starts to blame lack of communication or medication being sent to pharmacy, etc on Carrie. Which made no sense. Then I transitioned to start seeing Dr. Navarro. She’s is a great physician. Some of her front office staff is what brings down the desire of wanting to keep seeing the doctor herself. The front office staff and their lack of professionalism, communication and basic respect for people is pretty much non existent. When you call the queue tells you you’re the first in line with a wait time of 1-2 minutes. Cool no worries. After waiting 10 minutes you either get voicemail or the call gets disconnected.

Great place to go of you have nothing wrong with you. Just need a check up. But damn if your sick and its something that needs to be dug into find a new DR. Don't recommend!

Waited well over an hour after the appointment time. Dr. Daniels is rude dismissive and does not have good time Management. The lady in the front with a weird undercut was very rude and told us after waiting over 30 minutes that we can reschedule if we have a problem waiting past our appointment time. When I sat down she continues to talk badly about me and the fact I expressed the importance and value of my time. This office will have you waiting well past your appointment time to deal with rude staff with no empathy to what you're going through.

I have been seeing Dr Daniels for about 3 yrs. I have to say, I am more hurt by how I was treated by Dr Daniels than anything else. The staff either lies to the Dr or the Dr puts the blame on the staff. I went out of state to help my husband battle Cancer even though I was having a MS flare up, and I did see the Dr before I left, still with MS and Disabled. However I asked for a form to be filled out for the apt that I got for my husband and myself while he is being treated. That could have been done, however the Dr said I will not help with any of your documents cause I haven't seen you. She would not fill out the paperwork for FMLA, or my return to work. She actually called me and said what do you want? When I told her all I was asking for was a return call if this paperwork could not be

Worst office ever...took me days to get through on phone...had my bloodwork done on April 28th as of May 15th they still claim they havent received my results ( I received them on May 1st) still havent heard back from doctor or any office staff ..had to call for days just to hear how busy the office lady is an how tired she is of being yelled at by patients an how behind they are ..was also told maybe I should find another Dr to see....they are so unprofessional an sloppy...good thing I'm not very sick...would be to late by now.....I had to go find a real docters office who will communicate with patients. If your smart you won't use this office or anything related to them........
