Dr Meg is both a personal trainer and physical therapist. Her knowledge of the human body and how it operates is invaluable and is apparent in her well planned sessions. Originally I sought her out for personal training and it was quickly clear she was also sneaking in exercises to stabilize a chronic hip injury. She assesses and meets your needs and goals, tailoring each session to you. She focuses on injury prevention, building overall strength, and working body parts that often are overlooked. Her explanations are thorough and based on deep knowledge and expertise. If you listen you will learn quite a bit. Highly recommend Lovely Bones PT! Have had the pleasure of utilizing her services over the years for various ailments. Specifically, through several therapeutic recovery treatment sessions with Dr. Meg, we were able to address some neck and middle back pain that was resulting in tension headaches. These manual therapies significantly reduced the severity and frequency of the headaches. Dr. Meg does a great job of addressing your concerns in the appointment, and then giving you the tools to continue addressing the concern at home. We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Meghan McPhee, DPT, over the past few months as she has provided concierge physical therapy for our daughter Ailbhe, who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair full time. The results have been nothing short of remarkable.
