It was our first time at PDA Reading location today. As soon as you walk into PDA, it is bright, friendly and welcoming. We knew one of the employees outside of PDA and wow was this a huge relief. I knew we were in good hands. My youngest son had a few negative experiences elsewhere so going into today had me nervous as to how he was going to react. I cannot be more happy with how our visit went today. Every person we encountered was friendly, caring, gentle and made every effort to give my son the attention and care he needed to make this a positive experience for him. My oldest son loved it here and the staff treated him with respect and always directed their questions to him and allowed him to speak for himself. My daughter has been with PDA dental for 3 years now and she loves going to the dentist. Even though she has had two teeth pulled before the age of 8, it has not made her visits difficult. The dentists and assistants are great with kids. They always make her feel safe and make her laugh and interact as much as all dentists who work with kids should!

We’ve had great experiences with both the dental and orthodontist offices. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, and they always make visits feel easy. Everything is explained clearly, appointments run on time, and you truly feel well cared for. Highly recommend!

When you enter the office, you are always greeted with a smile and professionalism! Holly is always friendly , smiling and accommodating in making future appointments. All the hygienist’s (Jackie today) are pleasant and do an amazing job! They are always on time!! Dr Kalajian was thorough and explained results of imaging and the sensation I was feeling on one tooth! I have been a patient in this office for many years as well as my now adult daughters. They grew up never complaining about having to go to the dentist! All now have beautiful teeth thanks to the dental team and Dr Duffy (orthodontist)!

Dr. Diamond has been truly wonderful. I had not experienced such a positive dental visit until I had the pleasure of being her patient. I am now eagerly anticipating the restoration of my smile, so I no longer feel the need to conceal my teeth.
