I saw Dr. Ho this week and he was incredible. He was calm, kind and gentle. He even drew me a visual which was extremely helpful! I could not recommend this periodontist enough! ☺️

The doctors are fine. But their billing department cannot provide near-accurate estimate when I was told to schedule a cleaning that is covered by my insurance. I ended up paying more than 132 dollars that I could have done for free. That is, my insurance has two annual free cleaning but Family Dental Associate-Reading messed up and I have to pay the bill. ADVISE FOR THE CLIENTS: dont trust the front desk about the routine cleaning as they may be inconsistent from the insurance and you are paying the bill for more than a hundred dollar. ALSO: Scheduling an appointment is generally difficult because they have more patients than their capacity of doctors/hygienists. I originally had another routine cleaning on 1/29, they reschedule it earlier to 1/22 which I coundnt make and the new appoint

I was there today for a routine cleaning and x ray with Courtney. Courtney is very professional and friendly. She does a very thorough job and I greatly appreciate that. She takes her time and makes sure she checks everything out . She has great energy too. Thank you

Dr. Ho and his assistant were amazing dealing with my gum issues. They were kind and understanding. They fixed my issue fast and provided me with the information I needed for future treatments.
