Loudoun Community Pharmacy

Excellent customer service. I used to get my prescriptions from one of the larger chain pharmacies but decided to try this local community pharmacy after it was recommended by my ophthalmologist. They have consistently gone out of their way to get both myself and my spouse's prescription medications on time and have been extremely helpful when it comes to navigating insurance and payment issues. They are only open Monday through Friday but this has not posed a problem for us. The staff are fast, friendly, and professional. I really appreciate the personal touch that a locally owned business can provide.

This pharmacy has the best staff! They are very friendly and they make me feel like family. My prescriptions are done very fast too! I highly recommend bringing your prescriptions here!

Stay away from this place if you are on a "controlled substance". They will treat you like an addict and shame you to your face. I am not an addict and I have been in the same quantity and and dosage of meds for over 15 years. Unfortunately, when I tried to fill my meds during a shortage of it, they told me that they won't take my insurance and I need to pay out of pocket to them if I want my meds. Illegal. Then, two months ago, I went to adk if they had my medications that my doctor in the same building was about to prescribe. I got treated like an addict. The girl at the counter went to the back and I watched them rolling eyes and mocking the dosage and I heard them deciding that it is "ridiculous". Then, the girl comes and tells me rhqt they have my meds but wont fill it becauae it ia t

What a lifesaver! The pharmacist went way out of her way to save me at the end of the day on a Saturday. I was at a nearby hotel on the weekend and had Lost vital meds from California! With a kind heart, she went way out of her way And then even sent someone over to the hotel with my Rx!! Thank you so very much— I’m still remembering your good deed. 💟

Staff is so pleasant and friendly, they always go above and beyond, and I have never had a bad experience despite dealing with some stressful circumstances. Their exceptional customer service, positive attitudes, and team mentality is greatly appreciated and truly goes a long way. I can’t say the same for any other pharmacy I have used in the past and am so glad my doctor recommended this pharmacy for me.
