Dr. Kata was wonderful. She took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answer any questions I had, and make sure I was completely comfortable. Her 'bedside manner' was excellent and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend her. The rest of the staff was great, as well. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient & professional.

Easy to get my first appointment. Friendly and professional staff. Appointment time was promptly received with minimum wait time. I chose this practise because one of the Dr's, that has since retired, saved my husbands life back in 2011 when a different practise messed his surgery up so bad that he nearly died. I scheduled with Dr Khalifeh after researching her credentials and I am very happy I did. She was very pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. She explained my upcoming procedure and between her and her staff, things were put into motion quickly. The only complaint I would have is not being told ahead of time that my husband could not stay with me due to the pandemic precautions, therefore after the long walk from the parking lot, he had to walk back to the car and wait for me.

I was able to secure an appointment for approximately a week after I called. (Compared to another practice with appointments 2 months out.) I had filled out some medical history/medication info online. When I arrived, they had a bit more paperwork for me to fill out. (Their usual tablet-based system was down.) I was seen promptly by a very pleasant medical assistant who took my vitals and reviewed my paperwork. Dr. Khalifeh came in just a minute or 2 later. We spoke and she did a quick exam. Then we went to her office to speak more about prognosis and follow up tests and treatment. She was pleasant, very thorough and answered all my questions. Dr. Plerhoples was great. He gave me the right diagnosis (which my previous doctor did not), had a great temperament, and was really professional. I was in a lot of pain, but he worked through it and treated me without delay. Best of all, his staff got me inside the practice on time and I waited at most five minutes before I got to see the doctor. Best experience at a medical office in years!! I’m feeling so much better just one day later.

DR. Timothy Plerhoples was great he explained recommendations into treatment, and was able to take care of my issue at the time of the appointment. He talked to me like I was person and not a number in a rush to get to the next patient. He took his time to talk to me Ill recommend 100%
