Was texted 3 times giving me the time and location of appointment. After driving 45 min to Fairfax location as instructed I was told Dr Bajwa was at landsdown location. I am livid. My appointment was canceled last week as a follow up from hospitalization. This type of incompetence is totally unacceptable. Now I’m waiting on a phone consultation. I am done with this staff. Totally incompetence!!!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM!! I have never been to a doctors office as horrible as this one. This office was an absolute JOKE! I showed up to my appointment 40mins early to check in and first off they don’t accept electronic insurance cards.This is the first doctors office I’ve ever been to that can not look at a screen or accept it emailed. I offered to go get it printed out or get the card from my husband, which would bring me back to the office 10mins before my appointment and they said No. They won’t have time to type the information in. The man at the front desk did not want to be bothered and had to check with the doctor after ever sentence. The lady who came back was rude. This office does not care about patients nor will want to work with ANYONE. Stay away if you want to be treated by a PR

Went in hoping to find a new provider during my third trimester of pregnancy as I have hashimotos and hypo got bloodwork for her no response back for over a week (she’s very old fashioned does everything by paper) had to call myself and they claimed they didn’t have the labs when quest says the do. I had to request the labs myself from quest decided to go ahead and leave another message explaining the urgency of needing to know if my medication needed to be adjusted as it can impact my pregnancy stated I have the results if needed… still nothing so I left another voicemail to thank her for her time but this wasn’t the level of care I wanted from a provider. She had the nerve to call me Back half a week later and say that the labs are my fault I didn’t get them done when she wanted them

Worst doctor I have encountered! I made the mistake in seeing her after moving from California to Virginia and looking for an Endocrinologist to help me maintain my A1C due to Diabetes. She’s very unprofessional, rude and condescending. You would expect a doctor to be empathetic but no, she blames me for my diabetes. Instead of giving you insights on how to properly lower your Diabetes A1C, she talks down to you and blame everything on a supposed poor eating habits rather than looking at all of the overall factors that contributed to getting the disease. Getting prescription from her is a nightmare because she still has not join the 21st Century and everything is still done manually from her office where her only office staff cannot manage and rude. Forget about getting your call ans

If I could give zero stars I would but I can’t. Absolutely the worst Dr I have ever seen in my life. I made the unfortunate mistake of going through insurance and not looking the Dr up beforehand but the reviews on here and on vitals do not lie. If you need a bilingual Dr please do yourself a favor and find another and stay far away from her. I went in for my hypothyroidism but whenever I asked any questions about the order she gave, not only did she not answer them but talked down to you as if you were to have her level of knowledge. She’s extremely rude and unprofessional the front desk was the same. Stay far away from this place and Dr Pastora.
