"The pharmacy at this location needs A LOT of retraining on giving good customer service or at the minimum act like they care you are there. A hello for starters would be nice. I had the misfortune of speaking with the pharmacy manager there. In fact she called me with an update on my prescription. She began full on rude before I even got the first word out. It is clear she does not like her job and is an unhappy person in general. This attitude resonates throughout the entire staff. I call it the trickle down effect. She needs retraining on how to treat and speak to customer's or needs to go! Having said that I plan to move all my prescriptions from that pharmacy and will not use them for any new prescriptions for myself or my husband. And at this point I will not suggest anyone

Horrible customer service. I called for two days to ask them to transfer a RX I desperately needed from Texas on Monday 8.14. I left my phone number and called my home pharmacy to give them a heads up I needed it. I called back on Tuesday as well as stoped in to speak to the pharmacy directly. The urgency of the matter does not equal the customer service needed to fulfill my request. It is now Thursday and the pharmacist has not called as of today. The rude pharmacy tech who wrote my number on the post it on Tuesday said “they are short handed”. That sounds like a them problem and not a me problem. I understand now why they don’t have good reviews on Google. Do not go here especially if you need your medication anytime soon. Rude rude rude.

Horrible experience 4 times as of today. First harassment by gay guy pharmacist who saw my address on my ID when i pick up my prescription and year of gay sexual comments , Than 2 older ladies pharmacist from lanihou kona CVS longs wanted to go to Christmas pride so they wanted close early told me to come tomorrow. I said leaving to Europe for 5 weeks I need my meds I got text it’s ready for pick up! The 2 ladies kept saying they know it’s 3 min to close but they don’t want to be here all night if kept letting more people in ! I said 2 days ago I drove 40 min from home to pick up my ready prescriptions online says close at 8pm got there at 6:30 pm . It was close and paper note closing at 6 pm . So today cane before 6 pm 40 min drive again one way to pick up my prescription. Could not find

I noticed a few bad review which is far from my experiences so I want to share how wonderful all of the staff are. Always friendly, recognize customers by name, and many instances the pharmacist Nicole went oit her way to make sure provide what I need in most cost efficient ways. Over the years I've been their customer, staff changed many times but over all the service quality has remained the same excellent level. I am not sure if some. Customer just had a fluke bad experience, but I think they are great!!!

Used to be great - but the key employees are GONE and this place is a MESS. The poor girls there have zero idea what to do. After waiting in line for over an hour, they mis-billied my Rx's and then told me I was with a different insurance company and wouldn't release my meds. I had to get the insurance company on the line and speak with them to sort it out. I was beyond nice and patient - I felt sorry for them - but the gal disappeared, had a breakdown and someone else had to fill her place. They literally threw the bags at me and said "here" ... not very professional. Will NEVER go back. I have been a customer for over 12 years there. Very sad.
