This is an excellent eye center with both ophthalmology and optometry services. I highly recommend Dr. Eugene Ng. He was able to help me after I had a very bad experience at another eye group. The office staff and the assistants are organized, efficient and very friendly.

I go to Dr. Ng for a yearly checkup on a long standing ocular condition. I'm happy with their services. They are busy and the office wait times are sometimes longer than I'd like, but, that's not necessarily a bad thing. No troubles with insurance or billing 👍

Dr. Lillo and his technician Mina are THE BEST!! They were super helpful and accommodating and answered all my questions. My car had some issues so I was a little late but they were kind enough to still see me and take great care of me. They make a really good team and work together so well. I am very glad to have them taking care of my vision

I had an eye emergency. Dr Ng got me in immediately as a walk in. Spent over 3 hours with me trying everything to save my sight in my left eye. He seemed very knowledgeable and I am extremely grateful he was in Kona and took me right in. I’ve been following closely with him and feel he is doing a great job of caring for my eye.

Dr. Ng and his staff have been wonderful. I experienced a retinal tear in 2021. Dr. Ng made special arrangements to perform surgery the next morning on a day the center was not normally open. The surgery was a success, and my vision is as good as it was prior to the tear. Both Dr. Ng and his staff are always helpful, and take the time to make sure to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend them!
