Front desk was extremely helpful & put in a lot of effort to get me seen as soon as possible. Tech was fast & friendly. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kojima for years & he really is the best! It’s obvious that he cares for my wellbeing as his patient, but ultimately as a person! Appreciate you all!

Exceptional service from the Doctor during the exam as well as the staff processing me upon arrival and the preliminary tests. Every step and issues were addressed and explained. Dr. Kojima presented himself as being very knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend everyone to see him.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kitamori for many years now. Costco is close to home and very convenient. Her staff is friendly, efficient and professional. We get seen right on time and Dr. Kitamori is great. She's very knowledgeable and has the best bedside manners. She gets right to the point without hesitation and I enjoy the visit. Best eye exam in my opinion and I've been through many. Great job Dr. Kitamori and her staff. Would highly recommend her every time!!

I was greeted right away at the front desk with no hassle. After heading to the back room for my exam, Dr. Kojima went over my results and sent me out the door with my new prescription. Quick, easy, and very efficient service. Highly recommend.

Had a very wonderful visit with Dr. Valerie Kitamori and Angel during my trip from the mainland. Suffering from a significant eye ailment on a Saturday, I was quickly fit into a very busy clinic day, and Dr. Kitamori was very thorough, helpful, kind and compassionate. She had several variables she worked through with my situation and travel. There is no other optical team I would go see while on the island of Hawaii ! These people are the best !
