Your appointment time may get pushed back to fit their schedule for the day. Expect lobby waits from 5min up to 40min(past your appointment time). Expect back time to be 30min to 4hrs. We have seen both sides of that. Once in the back they may put you in a broom closet that has a couch they call a waiting room (mind you the kid has claustrophobia). Their handling of us to when I stated I wanted to file a complaint. The nurse instantly walked off to report me for my colorful use of my cuss words, because I didn't like the way we were being handled/treated. If I would of been late for this kids appointment by 5-10min it's at the discretion of the office and we've been rescheduled. Yep been late before. The 4hr was just a teeth cleaning/check up. Dentist is fantastic if you have the time.....

I have been to this location multiple times & I have yet to have a prompt, pleasant experience. 2 times, I have waited 45+ minutes to be seen. Mind you, 1 year olds don’t have a patient bone in their body. So this time I let the lady know I had been waiting a while & she told me someone would be there soon, which they had already told me. I told her I didn’t want to wait any longer & she told me to go talk to the lady at the desk & let her know, which was already helping someone so I still would have had to wait. We ended up just telling her we were leaving because this has happened before but she didn’t seem to care. Finding another dentist for sure.

I took my son for his dental appointment, and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure he felt comfortable and safe. My son can sometimes get anxious, but the team was gentle, understanding, and explained everything in a way that helped him relax. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming definitely a kid-friendly environment! I appreciate how the dentist and hygienist treated Prince with so much care and respect, and they even made the visit fun for him. We left with smiles all around and a great experience that made him look forward to his next visit. Our first visit to this orthodontist office was wonderful. My 12 year old daughter immediately felt comfortable — the environment was friendly and inviting, and both the dentist and the back-of-house staff made a great impression. They were patient, informative, and genuinely kind, which meant a lot to us as we were preparing to start treatment. However, our second visit was very different. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist, Danielle, was rude, argumentative, and dismissive. Her tone and attitude created an unnecessary level of tension and frustration. To be honest, if it hadn’t been for how positive and reassuring our first visit was, I would have requested a refund and torn up the contract before even getting started. Came to my infant's first appointment on time. Immediately concerned with the waiting room that was well over capacity. Checked in and waited an hour past the appointment time (an appointment I made many months in advance.) Checked with the desk and they said it would be another 30 minutes. Expecting an infant to wait 1.5 hours PAST an appointment time that was made well in advance is unacceptable. Especially when the overall appointment isn't going to take more than a few minutes since she has no teeth! Just trying to do my due diligence. Canceled, left, and will not be rescheduling.
