Crossroads Veterinary Hospital

We had an emergency with one of our dogs, new to the area and day before thanksgiving we had no idea where to go we contacted crossroads and were able to to be seen right away and the staff was great from as soon as we walked in the door they took out little guy back to check him and got us in with a vet asap to get everything squared away we are very grateful for the team and how great they were to us and our boy, we were also shocked that we were not charged more for an emergency visit ! VERY reasonable! he’s a drama queen so eye has stayed under cover and he’s been snuggled since! Thanks everyone

Will not be bringing my kitty Toulouse back since her last appointment was horrible. Was called in by the male technician did not get his name but has salt and pepper hair. Right away she needs to be weighed and my carrier has sides and top opening so I did the side near scale. When I opened it she backed up but generally she comes out but he said I will get her out and reached in scruffed her neck and pulled her out. I said she did not need that and I do not do that. He then holds her up scuffed facing me across table and says that is what the mother does. Right from there with no conversation or patience he decides to insert the thermometer and she moves forward which then he pulls her tail and her bottom is up towards his face and says 103. Had to bring in our little guy for his first set of shots. The lobby has a nice little layout so you can keep your pet away from someone who has a more aggressive animal. The people that work there were very nice and informative. I hate that they have to work on weekends but I love that I was able to find a place to take home to while we were off work. We live in Belton so coming here was a little bit of a drive, but I'm glad we did.

The staff is SO kind, professional, and they truly care about the animals. They made my whole visit easy and stress-free. They explained everything so well and they are affordable! I highly recommend going here!

My pug had been suffering with an ear infection. He was taken care of quickly and we found out why his allergies got worse. He was sent home with an antibiotic and it helped out so much. He was wearing a cone for a while before treatment and now he does not. Great services and staff at reasonable cost.
