Cove Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

The dentist and all the staff were AMAZING. This was our first experience here at this office and everything was explained perfectly. They also made my 7 year feel so comfortable. So glad we have found our forever dentist office!

Our visit today was great, We had a nurse we’ve never had before and she was very nice and empathetic towards my toddler. Today was 9/10. However a few weeks ago we had a very different visit. 2/10. My toddler needed work done and had a tooth infection but zero pain and zero signs so I had no idea. All of the nurses working that day 4-6 different females talked bad about me less than 30 feet away and stared at me. The nurse helping my daughter told her “It doesn’t hurt” everytime she said ow or was about to cry. I should have spoken up then but I was nervous and that is on me. Besides being treated like garbage by almost the entire staff that day the visit went okay and we only went back because they were decent to her besides that one nurse. I love this dental office for my son. I felt they educate me very well about his oral health. They listen to any concern I have. I brought my son in for multiple cleanings and for them to check an eruption hematoma. I had no idea what that was. The staff made me feel heard and provided great care for my teething baby. My son is young and of course not use to the dentist yet. The staff who assess and clean my son’s mouth are great at handling their young patients. They do a thorough and speedy clean. I could not ask for a better experience.

I was very hesitant on how our interactions with this clinic would be after just a horrible experience with our previous pediatrics dentist office. This clinic is amazing! They listened. The explained. Offered solutions and gave clear and concise explanations of the plan of care. So glad we found this practice!

Very welcoming, staff is great, good communication. Very clean. Short wait time. Especially Love the tips and tricks the dentist gave me to help me brush my little ones teeth better.
