Integrity Urgent Care - Copperas Cove

I recently went in to the Copperas Cove location. I can honestly say that this was the quickest I have ever been seen in a medical facility. It was a very impressive and efficient operation. Thanks to all the staff for being part of a great team and making my experience a very positive one! I know where to go now if I ever need your services again!! All the best!!

I had a great experience at Integrity Urgent Care in Copperas Cove. The visit was very fast, and the staff took care of everything from start to finish, which really helped ease my stress. The doctor asked thorough, thoughtful questions and genuinely listened to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. I felt well cared for and respected the entire time. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing quick and quality care.

My experience was the best I’ve ever had which the nurses who helped me. I don’t remember their names but I can recognize them if I see them again. I went in with breathing problems that ending with them calling the ambulance to take me to the ER. I’m grateful for their help and how they treated me with their kindness and they didn’t just take a look at me and rushed me out of there with medicines like someplace do just to get you in and out. They took the time to make sure my oxygen levels were at their standard before they could let me go, and when my oxygen levels didn’t reach what their standards were they called the Ambulance so they can take me to make sure I get a better treatments for asthma some stuff only the Hospitals ER could give me. I want to thank them for what they did that

Always such a great experience the nursing staff and doctors are always so sweet and kind. They are so helpful even when I show up at the end or beginning of the day. No matter how tired they are they are so helpful. I love this place and all the people in it.

I used the appointment system they have, rather than going as a walk-in and it was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. The doctor was able to get my issue handled quickly and I must have been out of there in under an hour, or at least that’s what it felt like. My only wish is that they would add the ability to give most prescribed medications in house, as waiting for the prescription to be filled elsewhere can be an additional hour at least. Other than that little wishlist item, I can’t recommend this Urgent Care enough.
