Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care - Stone Ridge

Margaret was our provider, and she truly went above and beyond. My daughter was seen for respiratory symptoms, but Margaret took the time to complete a thorough evaluation, which led to identifying more than one diagnosis. She provided two treatments in the office and thoughtfully adjusted medications to best address my daughter’s symptoms. We also ran into issues with the pharmacy, and Margaret personally worked through them to ensure my daughter received what she needed without delay. She made sure we left with a clear treatment plan in place. This was, without a doubt, the best experience we’ve had at any healthcare office.

We took our 10 month old daughter to the clinic yesterday. We booked an appointment online and checked in from the car. My daughter was sleeping so she stayed in the car with my husband while I went in to let the front desk know we were here. The lady at the front was very friendly and very helpful. She stated we can stay in the car and she would text us when it was our turn. My daughter ended up waking up so we all came inside. There was a little wait but no fault to the clinic. It’s that time of year when all our babies are getting sick. We were called back. The clinical staff thanked us for coming and apologized for the wait. After doing the initial intake the PA came into the room. She could tell right away my daughter wasn’t feeling well. She came up with a plan and prescribed medicin

Front desk very polite. Provider was very kind and knowledgeable. However, the wait time is quite a bit even if an appointment was booked. Truthfully, i can reduce the rating as the staff are busy and the received care is honestly worth the wait. It appears that the facility stays pretty busy. Rooms are nice and clean. Definitely would bring my kiddo again. Having the provider understand our son's respiratory issues after providing his history and her demonstrate confidence in administering care to me was priceless! The appointment was made based on our son's provider recommendation as there were no available appointments this week. We have encountered several providers who are very uncomfortable in rendering care to our son due to his tracheomalacia, breathing treatment plan by pulmonolog

The staff & physician at this urgent care may have saved my son’s life. They took him in immediately. After a horrible experience at my son’s pediatrician. They did what someone in the medical field is supposed to. Acted fast & treated him quickly in an emergency. Such amazing staff. I couldn’t thank you all enough!!!

I’ve been to this location (281 & Evan’s) several times over the last 5 years. Always on the weekend. It has always been an okay experience, better than going to the ER. My experience yesterday was definitely the best. They have a (new to me) receptionist who was very nice and helpful. The nurse, I recognized from previous visits, was also very nice. What made this a great experience was the provider. I meant to write down her name (long and hyphenated) She was very kind and thorough. She took her time and was able to diagnose our uncooperative barely 2 year old. She treated her and kept her for observation then sent us on our way with directions on how to treat her symptoms at home. Our sweet girl was a different person 8 hours later. Quickest recovery ever! And while that’s not w
