Absolute despicable experience today. We made appointments for 11:40 & 11:50am for my children. Did all paperwork online and did self check in on the tablet in the lobby. Upon entry, there was no greeting, except for what smelled like a loaded diaper and stale air. We sat for about 15 minutes before I asked what the smell was. Front desk employee said it was vomit she had just cleaned up before we walked in. Gross. Sat another 5 minutes before getting triaged. After triage, we were placed in room 4. The room was hot and stuffy. We sat there for about 30 minutes before I went back to the reception desk to ask how much longer it would be. I scheduled an appointment at this urgent care specifically because appointments are advertised as having shorter wait times. I checked my son in at 10:06 AM for a 10:20 AM appointment, and we were not called back until almost an hour later. If this was meant to be an in-and-out visit, it absolutely was not. What was more disappointing than the wait was the quality of care once we were finally seen. The medical assistant who brought us back was thorough and did more with my son than the nurse practitioner did. The NP came in, stood there holding paperwork, and told me what she thought it was while I explained my son’s symptoms. There was no physical assessment, no listening to lung sounds, no checking his throat, ears, or anything else. Just standing, nodding, and talking. She said she wou

I love how quickly you can get an appointment . Very useful when you can’t get an appointment with your primary pediatrician the same day. First time visiting lil spur and it was a smooth and fast experience. Will definitely be using lil spurs again when needed .

After a long day at work I was in need of last minute urgent care for my son, Little Spurs was within distance and referred to by a friend. Little Spurs was near to closing time yet showed compassion and care towards our urgent need. The front and back office staff as well as provider Sandra, we’re all professional and knowledgeable with the care provided to us and answered any questions we had. We literally were in and out in way less than an hour and not once felt rushed out considering we were the last patients of the night. Thank you Little Spurs for treating my son not just for his illness but with kindness and compassion. Definitely recommending, Merry Xmas to you all and an amazing new year.

You can say everyone was doing their best, from front desk to provider. But the place is filthy. From the equipment, to the walls to the trash cans. I had to ask the MA to clean the exam table. It had dirt and shoe marks from the last kiddo in there. Been coming here for years, but if the place is visibly dirty it’s just another place for your kid to pick up another virus. Will drive the extra distance for the 151 location. Also checking in online does no good. Still had to wait over 30 mins to be called. Do better management.
