Lincoln Dental Care

They’ve recently switched from one dentist to a new woman. I’ve been coming to the previous dentist for a long time and I have noticed this new dentists do seem to pay a bit more attention to some things than the last. They suggested getting things taken care of instead of waiting for them to get worse like the previous guy would suggest. There is a parking lot with plenty of spaces. They seem to have a hard time remembering what to do in the office. They are maybe just learning and will catch up

Awful. Unprofessional and unorganized. Rude receptionist. I went there for the first time, got a cleaning and x-rays. There was one assistant and she was a student learning. She did not seem happy in the environment. Dentist told me I needed a filling and I had a wisdom tooth coming in. She wrote a time on an appointment card and told me to go to the office in Pawtucket. Never confirmed that the appointment was even booked or additional info. I decided right then and there I was not going back. They then called me saying I missed my appointment and I informed them I would not be going there any longer. They called me saying I also missed cleaning appointments that I never booked. This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had.

After today, I have decided to get dental services somewhere else. After the previous owners left, this place has gone downhill. The receptionist is not very professional in person or over the phone. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth respected my wishes to not take x-rays. However she did not seem to know what she was doing when cleaning my teeth.

Very rushed, the Hygiene was going back and forth between me and another patient, receptionist is very unprofessional, a huge downgrade from the previous owner. They have been remodeling the office for over a year but don't bother to tell you to go to a different office until you show up in Lincoln and it is closed. Definitely not staying

Stay away from this office. Dr. Boppana botched up capping my tooth, the cap never fit properly. Will not return. Will need to have it redone elsewhere and pay for it again. She is rude and unprofessional as well as the office staff. The place is unclean.
