I booked a 90min hot stone massage with Mia and it was a transformative experience! I requested deep, firm pressure, and she delivered with absolute precision. Delightfully aggressive and relaxing, I only wish I had not been on travel to the area or Mia would be my weekly indulgence!

Roxanne was my therapist. I had a neuromuscular massage done. I can honestly this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Roxanne consistently checked with me on the pressure and how I was feeling. She targeted my areas of concerns. I will definitely be back to see her again!

My anti-aging facial was excellent. I was in the West End of Portsmouth, NH, and they were able to fit me in at the last minute. Zero skin irritation afterwards, the all-natural products were gentle on my dry skin. I highly recommend this spa to anyone in the Portsmouth, NH area.
