Life Care Center of Hilo

Dad is well cared for at Life Care. Very generous visiting policy that allows for multiple visitors, both friends and family to spend time with him and to bring in outside food. I feel welcome when I come to visit him. He gets to keep his phone, snacks and belongings at bedside. Appreciate that they have a separate floor for patients needing a secured unit, rather than subjecting him to heavy restrictions and intrusive peers.

Having my husband as a patient there at Life Care Center has brought a great deal of satisfaction to the family as well as my husband. Upon entry is a pleasant welcoming environment. All staff members are very friendly and attentive to all needs. Physical therapists there has gotten my husband to gain strength and confidence to be more focused on getting better with mobility and a quicker recovery to come home ❤️so thankful for the support!

My experience was better than what I expected. The staff seem to really care. Everyone seem to be very helpful in. The staff seem to be really helpful in answering any questions that I would have and it’s very easy to contact anyone I may have to talk to. They seem to be willing to go out of their way to help you. All these things to give me a peace of mind.
