I had a great first experience! I noticed right away everyone’s smiling faces and warm presence. Although there was some frustration with some guests, the team handled it very well and I was impressed. I also felt safe and relaxed when they put music on, as well as dimming the lights. At the end, I felt much better with my thoroughly cleaned teeth. I look forward to my next visit with these professionals!

Nina was super professional and very informative with good health and daily practices when it comes to dental health. I showed up on time and was able to check in quickly. Nina was able to get me to the dental chair and got to work. She would frequently ask if I was ok and gave me specific instructions in order to help her find the exact angles so she could continue. I'm very pleased with the entire dental office and the level of simplicity and professionalism.

Nina is a little rough, but she clearly cares that I am take care of, is thorough and clearly knowledgeable and skilled and I am glad she is my hygienist. She is also able to keep me comfortable so that I don’t feel like I am drowning during the procedure.

Nina is fabulous. Due to the condition of my teeth, cleanings have always been painful, but Nina was very gentle and reassuring-and I barely felt discomfort. She is very knowledgeable. Her positive energy was appreciated. I’ll make sure to have future cleanings ONLY with Nina.

My experience with them was good overall. I liked the provider and the dental hygienist I was seen that day. one thing can be improved is the service experience with a receptionist. Most receptionists were friendly but the particularly the one I talked to in order to schedule a next visit was not pleasant experience. Her name was Figs. I even had to ask her if she was just having a bad day. My experience with her was rude and she acted like she is above anyone. Very disrespectful and unfriendly interaction with her. I would give a 5 star if had a good experience with Figs. Receptionist should have a friendly and respectful attitude towards to patient, just like how patient should treat them as well.
