Hawaii Family Dental - Waiakea Villas

I have been a patient for about 25 years and have had problems with my bite for at least 10 of those years. Waiting 4 to 6 months between appointments really stretches it out and when plans and molds and scheduled appointments have been made with a dentist who then leaves the whole process needs to start again. It’s been more than frustrating and expensive for very little gain. Finally the doctor told me what I needed to know. He said this is beyond my capacity and you need to see a specialist. If that had been said 10 years ago I might actually be able to chew. The staff is sweet and compassionate, the office workers are polite and efficient. I think just too busy for real continuity of care.

Very professional, warm n welcoming people. Doctors, hygienist, technician, front desk, my first time encounter, professional, thorough, knowledgeable with kindness. Thank u Adam, u r the best, keep up the good work. Just one thing that I feel should be addressed. The appointments are scheduled in months not in weeks. My son Jovee needed some unforeseen work done at his check up appointment which Doctor Lee addressed promptly and treated us with grace and respect. I appreciate his expertise as well as his encouragement. Also, the entire staff treats us very well and with genuine kindness. They are always very supportive and friendly.

Just here to say Adam needs a raise. He's the best hygienist I've ever had, mainland, O'ahu, anywhere! Professional, caring, and thorough. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, the only hard part is scheduling. If something gets cancelled or you need a filling it's gonna be another 6 months. But definitely can't fault anyone there for that they do a good job working around it.

Adam, the man who cleaned my teeth is extremely cheerful, reassuring and positive for the whole visit. He made the deep cleaning , really easy and enjoyable. I am a senior and it is extremely difficult for me to walk the distance to the outside bathroom. I prefer to come to this facility to especially see Adam and would request that the owners put in an inside bathroom for seniors. Thank you.
