Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center

The management and staff takes excellent care of their residents. I was there for a month so I know. I could see that my friend whom I visited with is being provided excellent care. They go that extra mile.

My grandmother got her skilled nursing services here at Hale Anuenue for almost 3 months. She now considers them family. That says it all. Great service, friendly and caring. Not perfect, but no one or anything is perfect. Thank you Hale Anuenue staff and employees for making my grandma feel at home and loved.

My mother was transferred to Hale Anuenue from Queens Hospital after she sustained a bad fall at home. She had been making progress in her recovery when she was released and allowed to transfer to a rehab facility. We transferred her to Hale Anuenue to be closer to family and friends. Under Hale Anuenue’s care she suffered multiple infections and developed a terrible bed sore. The nursing and physical therapy staff were all pleasant and caring. However, the staff doctor in my opinion was condescending and dismissed our concerns. In my opinion, due to the doctor’s slow response to the last infection, my mother’s condition worsened and she was admitted to Hilo Hospital. I really enjoyed my visit today at hale anuenue The staff is very friendly, despite the dodo smell in the hallways, I had a great time visiting the facility. 👍🏽

Helen overheard our conversation and she brought 2 warm blankets for my brother. The staff is very attentive!
